Perhaps you've wondered why the Star tarot card is the focal point of this business. Believe it or not, the name Star Tarot came almost instantaneously. Whether you call it synchronicity or a sign, I've always felt an undeniable affinity with this card.
Did you know it is one of the most positive and luckiest cards in the deck?
It beautifully embodies the heart of my mission: to help you uncover your own light, renew your sense of direction, and experience a kind of personal transformation that feels touched by divine favor.
Choosing The Star card wasn’t about branding alone. This card is more than just a pretty emblem - it’s a reflection of my deepest philosophy. Through tarot readings, astrological analysis, and integrated life-coaching, I help you reconnect to your own guiding star by bringing your subconscious to light, exploring your patterns and psyche, and empowering you to author your next chapter. What better way to set a positive intention for my readings and my business than this beautiful card!
A Guiding Light
🌟
Throughout the ages, humanity has been captivated by the stars. They’ve guided explorers across unknown seas, inspired countless myths, and served as a canvas for our dreams and questions about what lies beyond. The stars have been at the forefront of all cultures, sciences, and religions - from the Egyptians, who built pyramids aligned with celestial bodies to honor them, to the Bible's account of the three wise men following the Star of Bethlehem to the Messiah. The Greeks and Romans wove entire mythologies around gods dwelling in the heavens, and Stonehenge stands as a testament to the power of the stars, much like the intricate astronomical calendars of the Mayans.
The Star card is a direct thread in this long lineage of humans looking up for meaning, for inspiration, and for signs that we are guided by something greater. It represents a promise that even in the vast, sometimes dark expanse of existence, there are lights meant to show us the way.
For me, The Star card is a modern echo of this ancient pull. This is exactly what I aim to do in my sessions: hold up a lantern so you can navigate your own inner landscape, renew your faith, and move forward with clarity and purpose. It’s why the imagery of a guiding light feels so fitting for my business - to remind us we’re never truly lost, only waiting to see the next star appear on our path.
A Beacon of Hope
🕯
If you look at a standard Rider-Waite Smith deck, The Star card is number XVII (17). It follows the infamous Tower card, which is all about sudden upheaval, dramatic shifts, and the crumbling of old structures.
That’s what makes the Star so beautifully positioned. It emerges as a light in the darkness after chaos. It is the renewal, hope, and rebirth - the dawn breaking after the darkest night. It says: “Yes, things fell apart, but here is your gentle reassurance that the universe still holds blessings.”
In many ways, this mirrors the journey I hope to facilitate for my clients. We explore what’s been shaken or revealed - whether through tarot spreads, your astrological birth chart, or simply through deep reflective conversation - and then we look toward the horizon together to find new meaning and promise.
Renewal: Aquarius Vibes
♒️ ✅
Speaking of signs and synchronicity, The Star card corresponds to Aquarius - which happens to be my own sun sign. I use this card as my significator - a fancy way of saying I use this card to represent myself and my energy in a reading. Even without setting this particular card aside, I ALWAYS draw it (even as a beginner in tarot before I knew its significance).

Aquarius energy is about innovation, authenticity, hope for humanity, and pouring out new ideas to nurture collective growth - all perfectly aligned with the themes of the Star. It resonates with my approach to tarot and astrology, which is less about predicting your fate and more about helping you understand yourself so you can consciously create your life.
It’s life-coaching through a mystical lens, empowering you to pour out your own healing and inspiration into the world - just like the figure on the card who pours out her water without fear of depletion. That spirit of renewal and freely giving from the heart is exactly what I strive to embody in every session.
Divine Favor:
In-Depth Symbolism of The Star Card Imagery (Rider-Waite Smith Deck)
🖼
When you look closely at the traditional Rider-Waite Smith depiction of The Star card, every element is thoughtfully crafted to convey layers of meaning. Take a closer look, and you’ll see layers of meaning that deepen why I chose it to represent Star Tarot Collective:

👩🏼 The naked woman:
She represents vulnerability, authenticity, and the courage to stand in your truth without masks. After the Tower’s destruction, she is reborn - stripped of all falsehoods. She stands comfortably exposed, showing self-trust and openness to the cosmos.
🌊 One foot on land, one in the water:
The land symbolizes the material world and practical affairs, while the water stands for the subconscious and intuition. Her stance shows a perfect balance between spiritual insight and grounded reality. This reflects how I blend the mystical with the psychological in my sessions, ensuring insights are both soulful and actionable.
💧 Pouring two pitchers:
One pitcher pours into the pool, replenishing intuition and emotion. The other streams onto the land, creating five rivulets (often linked to the five senses), nourishing physical life and senses. This symbolizes that spiritual and emotional renewal spills over to nourish the tangible world.
⭐ The large central star and seven smaller stars:
The large star is often seen as a guiding light or divine favor - your personal North Star. The seven smaller stars correspond to the chakras, indicating healing, alignment, and a return to spiritual harmony.
🌿 The lush landscape:
After the stark ruins of the Tower card, the Star shows greenery and new life returning, reminding us that after devastation, hope grows back stronger.
🐦 The ibis on a tree:
Often linked to spiritual messages and the soul, showing the divine is still communicating even in silence.
Under it all is the sense of quiet, peace, and infinite possibility. The card captures that moment when the storm is over and the first star appears, whispering,
“You’re still guided. You’re still blessed. Begin again.”
So what are you waiting for? Let the Stars Guide You!
